What is the difference between the Minimalist, Intentional and Focused planner?
Our personality based planners are designed to grow in detail so that there is something for every individual and their planning style.
Minimalist: gives you only what you need to stay organized - including monthly overview, weekly tasks and weekly overview.
Intentional: is perfect for the goal-oriented individual who like to prioritize their tasks, goals, health and schedule.
Focused: keeps tracks of all the little details from holiday traditions, travel plans, weekly tasks, specific health goals, like water and sleep, and even your hourly schedule for the day.
Do you offer academic planners?
Yes! Our new 24-25 academic planners are now available for purchase.
Will there be more color options for the covers and wire-o binding?
Yes! It is our goal to offer more choices in the future, including seasonal colors and limited runs.
How do I know which planner to choose?
It can be tough to know which one is right for you, we understand! In order to make the process a little easier you can take our planner quiz to find your perfect match.
Do your planners come with tabs?
Our planners do not come with built in monthly tabs. We offer monthly tab adhesive stickers, pom pom paper clips and page markers so you can accessorize your planner just how you would like!
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
All US orders are shipped with USPS and all international orders are shipped with USPS or DHL. Please enter your address at checkout to get your specific shipping rate.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
At this time we do not offer local pickup or delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping on US and international orders. For US orders please select 'Expedited Shipping' and for international orders please select 'DHL Express Worldwide' at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
My order is lost in transit, can you help?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Mindful Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please file a claim with USPS for U.S. orders and DHL for international orders for further assistance.
Are there customs/duties on international orders?
Mindful Co. is not responsible for any international customs or duties related to international orders. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information.
What is your return policy?
US Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopmindful.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note all returns are processed at a $5 flat rate. You can always contact us for any return related questions at info@shopmindful.co.
International Returns
We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
If my return is accepted, how long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the $5 flat rate) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
